Terms of use

This Agreement defines the terms of use by the Users of the materials and services of the site (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”).

1.1. In accordance with clause 2 of article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this Agreement is a public document on offer to users of the Site.

1.2. Use of the Site, including access to the pages of the Site by any means, implies full and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement by the User.

1.3. The Site Administrator has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time.

1.4. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

1.5. A user who does not agree with the terms of the current version of the Agreement in whole or in part is obliged to refuse access to the Site and to stop using the materials and services of the Site.

2.1. The user has the right to access the Site for informational purposes.

2.2. The user has the right to ask any questions relating to the goods presented on the Site and other information posted on the Site using the “Contacts” section of the Site located at contacts.

2.3. The user agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating Russian law or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Site and services Site.

2.4. Using the materials of the Site without the consent of the copyright holders is not allowed (according to Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). For the lawful use of the materials of the Site, it is necessary to conclude licensing agreements (that is, obtain licenses) from the Copyright Holders.

2.5. When citing materials from the Site, including copyrighted works, a link to the Site is required (subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

2.6. The user is warned that the Site Administrator is not responsible for whatever happens as a result of visiting and using external resources and links which may be contained on the site.

2.7. The User agrees that the Site Administrator is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or incurred loss or damage associated with any content of the Site; and goods or services available on or received through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User, into which he entered using the information posted on the Site or links to external resources.

3.1. The Site Administrator has the right to change the rules for using the Site, as well as change the content of this Site. Changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Site.

3.2. The Site Administrator provides the User with effective client and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site.

3.3. The site administrator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access by third parties.

4.1. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or relating to it are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and the Site Administrator of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for by the Agreement.

4.3. The recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or not subject to compulsory execution does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.

4.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administrator in case of any violation of the provisions of the Agreement by a User does not deprive the Site Administrator of the right to later take appropriate actions in defence of its interests and protection of copyright for the materials of the Site as protected in accordance with the Russian legislation.
