Any user who does not verify their identity and address is severely limited in the amounts and limits of transactions on their account as presented below.

Account verification allows you to get an unlimited account, a lifetime Gold status and simplified conditions for obtaining VIP status. And with VipDeposits, this can be achieved in an accelerated mode.
It normally takes several weeks to review and verify the documents of a regular user, after which the client receives a Silver ecoAccount. But for clients of VipDeposits, this period is shortened to 2 working days, after which you will receive the Gold status.
Verification consists of two stages: identify verification, and address verification.
Identity verification
To pass it, you must send your proof of identity to the email address [email protected]. The subject of your email should be: VipDeposits docs. Do not forget to include photos or scans of one of the following documents in the email:
- The first page of your passport and the registration page
- Your driver’s license – both sides
- ID-card
Address verification:
- A utility bill, with your full name and address, which must match the one provided during registration.
- A bank statement containing your address, full name, bank seal, and signature of the bank’s employee who issued the bank statement.
Also, the images must be provided in good quality and the text must be clear and legible. If the submitted documents do not match, you will be contacted and asked to provide either a different document or a better scan.
Verification of documents with VipDeposits takes from 1 hour to 2 working days.
