How do I order an ecoCard from ecoPayz?

Please note that ordering ecoPayz cards is only available for verified users in 31 EU countries.

Below is a step-by-step guide for creating a bank card:

  • Log in to your merchant profile.
  • Select the “ecoPayz Prepaid cards” section of the menu, and then go to the “ecoCard” tab.
  • Click “Get a card.”
  • Make sure that the correct user data is entered. Pay special attention to the address that was specified during registration, since this is where the card will be sent. If any information is entered incorrectly, please contact customer support before proceeding with the card ordering procedure.
  • Please read the terms of use for your bank card and confirm your request.
  • Expect the operators to process the application, which may take 1-2 business days. If the request is approved, you will receive an email.
  • The card will be delivered to the address specified in your wallet within 21 days of approving the request. When you receive it, sign on it and activate the card, after which you will be assigned a PIN code.
How can I open an additional ecoPayz account with the Gold status?

After completing the registration process and fully verifying your personal account in the ecoPayz payment system with VipDeposits, you then receive the Gold status which gives you the full right to open a second account in a different currency.

To do this, you must:

  • Log in to your personal account on ecoPayz and select the section “Add account in foreign currency” in the menu on the left.
  • Come up with a name for your new account and choose the currency that suits you.

But do not forget that the ecoCard payment card is issued only in three currencies: USD ($), EUR (€), and GBP (£). Therefore, it is worth taking this into account when choosing a different currency.

How much does it cost to issue a card from ecoPayz?

Issuing a plastic ecoCard Mastercard card is free of charge.

Issuing a virtual ecoVirtualcard costs €1.8 per card.

Please note that ordering cards is only available for EU countries.

How long is the ecoPayz card usage period?

The ecoPayz card is valid for 4 years from the date of issue.

How many cards can I order from ecoPayz?

A verified user can order up to three plastic cards in several currencies: €, $, and £. The number of virtual cards available for ordering is 4 per day.

In which countries is the ecoPayz payment system not available for use?

The countries where ecoPayz service is not available include:

Afghanistan, Angola, Algeria, American Samoa, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cuba, Central African Republic, Djibouti, Eastern Sahara, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Micronesia, Guatemala, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Cambodia, Kiribati, Kazakhstan, Lao Democratic Republic, Lebanon, Liberia, Lesotho, Libya, Madagascar, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Palestine, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau, United States, Viet Nam, Vanuatu, Yemen.

How to get VIP status in ecoPayz?

In order to get VIP status on preferential terms, you must first assign the account the status of Gold according to our instructions, and then make deposits to merchants in the amount of €10,000.

How to get Gold status in ecoPayz?

To get the Gold status with VipDeposits, you need to register an account in ecoPayz using our link, submit a request with your wallet data on our website and pass verification according to our instructions. After successful verification, you will be instantly assigned the Gold status in ecoPayz.

How can I verify my ecoPayz account with VipDeposits?

Verification of the ecoPayz client’s personal account is a mandatory procedure, without which you can not get VIP status. Full verification includes the verification of identity and address. To pass it, you must send copies/scans/photos of the relevant documents to the email address of ecoPayz – [email protected]. In the message header (or subject), you must specify: VipDeposits docs; and you must send it using the email verified in the payment system.

VipDeposits clients are verified in an accelerated mode within two hours (on business days).

To pass the verification of identity, the client needs to send any of the following to ecoPayz:

  • Internal passport – the main page with a photo.
  • Driver’s license – copies of both sides.
  • ID card – copies of both sides.
  • Foreign passport – copies of the first two pages.

To confirm your address (or residence), you need to send any of the following to ecoPayz:

  • A utility bill showing your address and full name. The data in this document must necessarily match the information that was specified during registration.
  • Bank statement – it must contain your full name, address and the bank’s seal (important!).
  • Any other valid document confirming the specified residential address.

Copies must be of good quality, in color, with clearly visible corners and sides of the document, and no more than 5 MB in size. Otherwise, ecoPayz managers may refuse to verify your account.

Problems with ecoPayz account verification – my documents were not accepted?

If you were refused verification (your documents were rejected), ecoPayz technical support will necessarily explain the problem (and the reason for the refusal) and offer options for solving it.

Taking into account our experience, we will give you some recommendations on sending your documents and avoiding the possibility of them getting rejected:

  • Documents should be sent in good quality (ecoPayz managers will not read any copies that are unclear, too dark or highlighted, and/or with broken edges or spots).
  • All four corners of the document should be in the frame.
  • The photo size should not exceed 5 MB.
  • The document issuance period should not exceed three months (for documents confirming the address). This means that the document must not have been issued to you more than three months ago.

After successful verification of documents, the email address linked to the account will receive a notification about passing the verification procedure.

Can I close my current account in ecoPayz to open a new one with VipDeposits?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can only create one account for one personal data (full name) in the ecoPayz payment system. Also, if the system decides to block the account, you will no longer be able to use the owner’s data to open another ecoPayz account.

How do I become a member of ecoPayz + VipDeposits program if I already have an account?

Joining the program from a VipDeposits existing account is possible only in the case that you:

  • did not register an account using links from other affiliates;
  • did not use the account to make deposits to merchants (bookmakers, Forex, poker rooms, etc.).

In this case, you need to fill out an application on our website.

If you are successfully linked to the VipDeposits program, you will receive a welcome email with confirmation, which will be sent to a verified email address, usually within two business days. But if this does not happen, check the spam folder of your email for any new emails, and contact us in the support chat for more information or assistance.

After submitting the application, you will need to verify your wallet so that you can be assigned the Gold status for free.

How do I open an ecoPayz account with VipDeposits?

In order to open an account in the ecoPayz payment system through us, you only need a working email address. It will receive emails from both VipDeposits and ecoPayz.

To register an ecoPayz account with VipDeposits, you have to:

  • Go to our link to ecoPayz (if you want, you can switch the language between English and Russian).
  • Carefully fill in the form (please note that you need to fill it in the Latin alphabet, as in your passport. And in the address line, specify exactly the address that you can verify).
  • Click “Create account.”
  • A window will open for you to set up two-step authentication — follow the instructions.
  • Now you need to go into the account settings and confirm your email address — you will receive an email from the support unit of the ecoPayz payment system with a link for confirmation. That is all!

Once you have followed the above steps, you have completed the registration process. Now you can send us a request to link your account with our program. We will inform you about the successful linking of your account with the VipDeposits program by email to your registered email address.
