Paysafe Group announced replenishment board of directors and partnership with Maxpay
14 of January, 2019. Paysafe Group released two official press-releases, regarding the company’s intentions to expand and look for new strategic solutions for its business.
Paysafe had announced the new partnership with Maxpay, aimed to increase the quality of using the products of the company for their clients. The goal of Maxpay is to expand the list of services for international merchants. Skrill and NETELLER will adopt the innovations in the gaming industry.
Maxpay provides services for fintech and e-payment, consult young companies and big corporations. Also, Maxpay is one of the biggest companies on Asian market, which is very useful for Paysafe’ plans of expanding the influence zone.
According to the Maxpay’s announcement – this partnership will increase its influence on the cross-border acquiring market and expand the list of services provided for companies related to travel, e-commerce and marketplaces. Current customers can now start using the new functions of the payment systems by connecting their personal manager.
The second part of the news was the appointment of Walt McNee as independent, non-executive director. The purpose of the appointment is his strategic influence and networking for Paysafe. Previously, Walt McNee served as vice president of Mastercard Worldwide, founded Mastercard for inclusive growth center, where he achieved great success in implementing financial initiatives in developing countries.
